Lindsey strives to provide efficient, comprehensive and competent legal services. Weinberg & Hromadka was born out of this idea – it provides affordable and exceptional legal services through high-tech, low-cost means.
Prior to forming Weinberg & Hromadka, Lindsey worked with many great attorneys throughout the state, including as a legal clerk with Douglas Harris Law Offices in Missoula, an Attorney at Bryan & Travis in Kalispell and an Attorney with Conradi Anderson in Whitefish.
Lindsey received her Juris Doctorate degree with honors from the University of Montana School of Law where she graduated early. She was an editor on the Public Land and Resources Law Review, a finalist in the national Environmental Moot Court competition, and is a published author in the Montana Law Review. Lindsey is originally from Houston, Texas. She attended college at Texas State University where she earned her Bachelor’s in Arts cum laude.
Lindsey serves as the Co-Chair on the Citizens for a Better Flathead board, volunteers with Girls on the Run, and serves in a Governor appointed position on the Board of Realty Regulation for the State of Montana. Additionally, she is a member of the Montana Association of Trial Lawyers, and is licensed in both Montana and Alaska.
When not working hard for her clients, Lindsey can be found with her daughter, Ada, and her husband, Mike, trail running, backpacking, skiing, rafting or cycling throughout Montana.
As an owner of multiple small businesses, it is such a relief to work with Lindsey and her firm. For years, I got lost in larger firms who didn’t prioritize my needs, and was about to give up ever using an attorney again after paying more than I could handle for more than I needed!- Mollie Busby, Owner/Founder
